Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
• Full payment must be completed before tour departure.
• Rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

2. Tour Cost Includes

Only services specifically mentioned in the package inclusion section.

3. Tour Cost Excludes

• Personal expenses
• Tips and porterage
• Travel insurance
• Additional sightseeing not mentioned in itinerary
• Any expenses due to unforeseen circumstances

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 Days Before Departure: 10% Cancellation Charges
• 15 to 30 Days Before Departure: 25% Cancellation Charges
• 7 to 14 Days Before Departure: 50% Cancellation Charges
• Less than 7 Days Before Departure / No Show: 100% Cancellation Charges

Many travel companies apply cancellation fees based on the departure date and supplier charges.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days after approval.
• Airline, train, visa, hotel, and other non-refundable components will be deducted.
• Service charges and taxes are non-refundable.
• Refunds are subject to actual recoveries from suppliers.

6. Postponement Policy

• Tour date can be postponed once without service charges if informed at least 15 days before departure.
• Hotel, airline, and supplier charges, if applicable, will be extra.

7. Travel Documents

• Valid ID proof
• Passport and visa (if required)
• Any documents required by authorities

8. Force Majeure

• Natural disasters
• Pandemic
• Political disturbances
• War
• Government restrictions
• Weather conditions
• Airline operational issues

9. Changes in Itinerary

Happy Journey Tours reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, hotels, routes, or sightseeing arrangements due to operational requirements.

10. Liability

Happy Journey Tours acts only as a booking agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or damage caused by third-party service providers.

11. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from bookings or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

12. Acceptance

By making payment or confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
